Urbania is partnering with an American investment fund to develop 188 luxury residential units in Marbella, a coastal city in southern Spain. The €200m scheme will include 28 luxury villas and 160 apartments to go up in four phases on a 100,000 sqm plot recently acquired by the developer.
The first phase, which is already 70 percent sold, includes 20 high-end villas, with prices ranging between €1.5m and €2m. The developer is targeting primarily Norwegians, followed by Russians and Brits.
The second phase of the project will be promoted exclusively in Oslo.
