Ursus Breweries leased 9,318 sqm of storage space at Log Center Timisoara, a logistics park owned by Immofinanz. The lease is for five years, and the company has an option to expand by an additional 10,000 sqm. Immofinanz owns 89 properties in Romania, three of which are logistics parks, totaling 52,000 sqm. The parks are currently 76.9 percent occupied. Log Center Timisoara offers includes 43,000 sqm of land and 20,000 sqm industrial warehouse. Immofinanz’s Romanian portfolio is valued at €991m.
