USAA Real Estate and its partner Trammell Crow have announced the completion of the Lebanon Valley Distribution Center. The new Class A warehouse/distribution building in Fredericksburg, PA totals 874,126 sqf. The building has expansion capability of up to 1,079,926 sqf, offering 36 feet of clearance height and 123 dock doors (expandable to 155). The facility is less than a mile from I-78 and within 400 miles of Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh and Columbus. The distribution center marks the third project completion in the region between USAA RealCo and TCC.
