UTC Fire & Security Polska has extended its lease on 4,000 sqm at Sadowa Business Park in GdaÅsk. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction proces. Sadowa Business Park offers 6,500 sqm of modern office space on six floors. The property was refurbished in 2003 and 2016. It features air-conditioning, suspended ceilings, telecommunications, alarm and security systems, fitted carpets, tilt windows as well as surface parking spaces for both tenants and visitors. āWe are pleased that we acted as an agent in the transaction in which UTC decided to remain in Sadowa Business Park.
