V Tower, the third tallest building in the Czech Republic has topped out. PSJ Invest believes it will be able to complete the residential highrise this fall. The 104-meter addition to Prague’s so-called “Manhattan” in Pankrác-Prague 4 falls short of only the 111-meter AZ Tower in Brno and the neighboring 109-meter City Tower in Pankrác. The high-end residential V Tower has been attracting interest from wealthy buyers, and PSJ director Martin Jaroš believes the majority of the flats will be sold before the building gets a use permit. The developer did not disclose asking prices, but brokers estimate the luxury penthouse on the top will cost CZK 100m.
