City View Tower, a subsidiary of the Belgian developer Atenor, announced that its Váci Greens office project will be handed over in May. Atenor decided to increase the project’s leasable area by an additional 1,300 sqm, which postponed the delivery date.
Once completed, the seven-story Váci Green building will offer 15,700 sqm of space. The project is located in Budapest’s Váci Corridor, which is one of the city’s more popular office locations. The A-category building already received BREEM “excellent” certification. Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle are the building’s exclusive leasing agents.
