American fund Värde Partners is set to acquire a 40-percent stake in the Spanish company Grupo La Finca from Procisa. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Grupo La Finca is divided into two separate divisions. One division focuses on the office segment, while the other targets residential. Värde Partners is planning to take a 40-percent stake in the office division, which includes in the La Finca Business Park in Pozuelo de Alarcón, near Madrid. The residential division will continue to be fully owned by Procisa.
