The heating systems manufacturer Vaillant Group Romania signed a lease on 860 sqm of office and retail space at Global City Business Park in northern Bucharest’s Pipera district. Crosspoint Real Estate brokered the deal.
“By relocating to a new space in Global City we want to improve internal communication processes and streamline operations, giving a positive message to our customers and partners,” said Iulia Pascu, country manager at Vaillant Group Romania.
Global City Business Park is a class A, LEED Gold office scheme, offering 51,200 sqm space. The project, owned by a real estate fund advised by Global Finance, is currently 80 percent leased. Tenants include Michelin, Euro Master, Bergenbier, Altex and Euroins.
