Valad acquires office building in Wiesbaden

Valad Europe purchased an office building located at Gustav Nachtigal-Strasse in Wiesbaden for the Valad European Diversified Fund (VEDF). The vendor was a private equity fund advised by Atos Asset Management. The price paid for the asset reflects a net initial yield of 9.37 percent. The 10-storey building provides 7,600 sqm of space and its tenants include companies like Bilfinger, the health insurer Barmer GEK, and the tax advisor BDO. Immo Mannheim Treuhand Maklergesellschaft advised Valad Europe.
