Tourism operator Valamar Riviera is planning to invest €94.4m into the Croatian seaside this year. The news comes shortly after the company revealed a 39 percent jump in its Q1 sales revenue. Valamar Riviera employs around 6,600 people in Croatia. It is planning to invest about €269m in the country by 2020. Its main investment for this year include Valamar Girandella Resort in Rabac, Valamar Girandella Maro Suites, Valamar Argosy Dubrovnik Hotel and Valamar Imperial in Rab. It also poured money into camps on Krk island and Istria.
