A survey carried out by the market research company ATLE shows that Marian Vanghelie, the mayor of district 5, is supported by less than one-third of the electorate. According to the survey’s data, just 26 percent of voters there are likely to pull the lever for Vanghelie.
The study was conducted by Atle Romania from March 1 to March 8.
Octavian Mirea from PPDD was the second most popular politician, followed by Stephen Pirpilu (PDL). More than half of the eligible voters surveyed said they hadn’t decided yet.
