In a deal worth PLN 25.5m, Vantage Development has signed a pre-purchase agreement to sell its Delta 44 mixed-use building in Wrocław. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. The final agreement is expected to be signed at the end of September. Located next to the Wrocław railway station, the project offers 2,700 sqm of commercial space, including both office and retail. ASPA architectural studio designed the scheme.
