Vantage Development has started renting the first 100 apartments in Wrocław under the Vantage Rent brand, the company said. The first to be leased by Vantage Rent are apartments in two recently completed projects: Małopanewska 4 and Legnicka 33.
“At the moment, if the client has the right budget, it is easy to rent an apartment close to the center of Wrocław. The standard, of course, is different, the rental period largely depends on the relationship with the owner, and in disputes it is not difficult to conflict. it will be different, because we will rent fair on the basis of a transparent contract, building partnership relations with tenants, “said Dariusz Pawlukowicz, member of the management board of Vantage Development.
The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months with the possibility of extending it to 10 years. The prices depend on the location, size of the premises and additional services. In the coming years, the company will gradually expand its portfolio of premises and make them available to the residents of Wrocław, Poznań and Łódź.
