Vastint Poland (formerly SwedeCenter) has kicked off construction of Business Garden in Wrocław. This is the company’s third and biggest office park on the Polish market. The company is in the process of developing two other Business Garden concepts in Warsaw and Poznan. Business Garden Wrocław will offer 110,000 sqm of lettable space. The scheme will include seven office buildings and a hotel component on 7 ha. Located on Legnicka street, the project neighbors the Magnolia retail and leisure center. Vastint expects to complete the first three office buildings by the end of 2016, adding 37,000 sqm of new commercial space to the local property market. Vastint has already applied for LEED Platinum certification.
