Vastint started construction on its third Timpuri Noi Square office building, which will offer 20,000 sqm of floor space. Bog’Art was named general contractor. Completion is scheduled for the second half of 2018. The first two office buildings offer a total of 32,000 sqm of leasable space and are now fully operational. The first tenant, dcs plus, moved in at the beginning of July. The tenant mix includes Fratelli, Impact Hub and Kruk.
