Developer Vastint, which bought a 47-hectare plot of land in northern Bucharest in 2016, is continuing the permitting procedure for a giant project. In September this year, the developer obtained the urban planning certificate for the continuation of the PUZ procedure.
Vastint made a EUR 105 million capital increase this year, one of the largest capital increases this year. After this increase, Vastint Romania’s capital is almost RON 874 million.
The company is active in Bucharest, where it has completed the Business Garden Bucharest office project and is in the process of constructing new office buildings and apartments on the Timpuri Noi site, where the first buildings of Timpuri Noi Square are located.
