Vastint Romania has signed leases with dcs plus and impact Hub Bucharest for a total area of 3,350 sqm of office space in the mixed-use building Timpuri noi Square in Bucharest. Dcs plus rented 1,675 sqm, and Impact Hub the same area of 1,675 sqm. Antoniu Panait, CEO Vastint Romania said that the tenants were attracted by the fact that this office building offers a high quality work environment and that it provides attractive retail and public services in addition to the office space.
