Vector Global Logistics and OWL Poland, two major players on the Polish logistics market, merged this summer to establish a new company called VGL Group. “VGL Group will be a complex operator, which means it will be providing logistics services but also, sea, air and road transport,” said Marcin Gruchała, head of VGL Group. VGL is the first Polish operator to expand outside of Europe, opening an office in Hong Kong.
