Board of Directors of Vektra Boka has put a portion of its portfolio of properties on sale. The company, which is based in Herceg Novi, Monenegro, offered a starting price of €10m for assets that include the Galeb restaurant (valued at €4.43m), Motel Dubrava (€2.6m), a city restaurant for €562,500, land, office space in Herceg Novi (€330,000) and a €250,000 plot of land in Rose. Also on sale are a bus station in Herceg Novi, a business space called Paradiso and a plot near Hotel Rivijera in Njivice. The company went into bankruptcy in June 2015 after it was unable to service a €4m debt to the Montenegrin Commercial Bank. The properties will be sold to the buyers that offer the highest amount, with bids due by August 9.
