The Velux Group has renewed the lease agreement for its headquarters at The Park Warsaw complex in a new deal that also sees it expand by 550 sqm. This brings the total amount of space it occupies at the building to 2,300 sqm. JLL represented Velux Polska in the lease negotiations. The Park Warsaw is a self-sufficient office campus, located in Warsaw’s Włochy district. As part of the investment, ten Class A office buildings will be built with a total leasable area of 110,000 sqm. The Park Warsaw, which provides flexible solutions for open space offices, received a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
