The trade office of Velux Polska – the Danish windows manufacturer and exporter, will move to the B2 building of The Park Warsaw complex by the end of May 2016.
The company will occupy nearly 1,700 sqm of on the buildingās first floor. JLL represented Velux Polska in the process of selecting the location and in the negotiation of lease terms.
The Park Warsaw office campus is located in the WÅochy district of Warsaw, close to the junction of Aleja Krakowska and ÅopuszaÅska Streets. The complex offers good access to the city center and other areas of the city by car and by public transportation. Ten class A office buildings with space totaling up to 110,000 sqm will be developed at The Park Warsaw. The scheme include plans for numerous restaurants, cafes, stores and services points as well as a fitness club and kindergarten.
