Ventura Holdings has purchased the Ramada Hollywood Downtown and a neighboring mixed-use building for $12.5 million. The hotel sits on a 0.6-acre lot at 1925 Harrison Street and has 95 rooms, a pool and a Thai restaurant. The mixed-use building, known as Ramada Executive Center, has 15,024 square-feet of retail and office space above. The seller, Hollywood-Harrison Development, bought the complex in 2001 for a combined $3.35 million. The deal was completed with three mortgages for a combined $8.8 million from C1 Bank.
