The building of the Venus Fashion House in the center of Bucharest was put up for sale, on the list of interested buyers being the Israeli real estate group Hagag, which accessed Romania as the first market outside the country of origin.
Hagag has already participated in an auction organized by the Craft Cooperative Society Casa De Modă Venus in order to purchase the building on Calea Victoriei 21-23. The auction did not have a winner, as all bidders advanced the same price, according to market data,
which is why the seller is still analyzing the offers.
The building with 8 floors and an area of over 6,500 sqm has been put on sale for a long time, the expected price being about EUR 10 million.
