The luxury residential project Verdi Park, which is in bankruptcy, has a buyer. The deal is scheduled to close in the near future, according to Remus Borza, the managing partner of Euro Insol, which is overseeing the Bucharest project’s bankruptcy proceedings.
Borza declined to disclose the name of the buyer or the selling price, but did say the investor. Verdi Park is located in the capital’s district 2, between Verdi Park and Floreasca Lake. The building has five floors and includes 11 apartments that are at least 92 sqm.
Meridian Land Company, owned by Emil Oprea, which developed the project, filed for bankruptcy late last year.
