Verdion has started construction on a warehouse scheme 2 km from Berlin’s new Brandenburg Airport. Going up at at Verdion Airpark, the 15,000 sqm project is being developed in partnership with Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP on behalf of a discretionary fund. The scheme will include three 5,000 sqm buildings. Completion is set for the end of June, with costs expected to exceed €90m. Verdion Airpark Berlin has the capacity for 92,000 sqm.
