US hardware and software producer Vertiv leased 4,500 sqm of office space at the Advancity Business Center in central Cluj-Napoca. The office building, located on Somesului street, near Mihai Viteazul Square, was delivered earlier this year and has a leasable area of 6,820 sqm on six floors. The property also includes underground parking. CBRE advised the American company during lease negotiations.
