The Rosengarten Family Revocable Living Trust of Franklin, Tennessee has purchased the Azalea Ridge Apartments for $3.1 million. The 13-building complex located at 8151 Alderman Road in Jacksonville was built in 1973 and has 102 units. The seller, Jacksonville real estate and investment company Vestcor Development Corp. bought the property in 1994 for $1.1 million. The complex which sold for about $31,000 per unit was renovated in 1998 and again 2010.
