Vestor Dom Maklerski brokerage office is to move into Echo’s Q22 tower in the second half of the year. The company agreed to take 1,080 sqm of office space on the building’s 29th floor. The agreement marks yet another tenant for Echo’s landmark project, and the company’s senior leasing manager Michał Żelski predicts the building’s leasing successes will continue in February.
Going up in Warsaw’s CBD, at the corner of Jana Pawła II and Grzybowska streets, the 155-meter office tower will offer 50,000 sqm of new office space. Kuryłowicz & Associates provided the design. The project has been awarded a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate.
