VGP bought a 39 ha parcel in Arad, with plans to develop a 60,000 sqm industrial scheme on the land. The transaction was brokered by CBRE. The land is located at the intersection of the National Road 69 Timisoara-Arad and the A1 motorway. The developer is planning to break ground on the first building later this year. The project is scheduled for delivery in the second half of next year.
