VGP invests €5m in Gyor

20 June 2012

Belgian real estate developer company VGP is building a 10,000 sqm manufacturing hall and a depot in the industrial park of Győr. The project is being carried out as a green field investment for a total cost of more than €5m, and it’s expected to be ready by the end of the year. VGP bought 12 ha of land in the park in 2008, where warehouses of 20,000 sqm and 6,000 sqm were built and leased out. VGP has not revealed who will be renting space in the new building, but confirmed it would be a new supplier company for the Audi factory in Győr.
