The North of the Capital is the new expansion pole for logistics, according to Adrian Crizbăşianu, country manager of the developer VGP Romania.
“The North of the Capital is a new expansion pole for logistics. Since the extension of the Capital Beltway between A1-DN1-A3 and E85 / DN2, the migration of the development of spaces from west to northwest and north has been observed. We’re still looking at new purchases. We take into account any area with direct access to the belt, most likely in the south and east, but also in other large cities such as Cluj-Napoca,” said Adrian Crizbăşianu.
VGP has purchased land for the VGP Park Bucharest project in the north of the Capital. The company currently has active parks in Timisoara and Sibiu, as well as a solid ground base for future developments in Bucharest, Arad and Brasov.
