The developer VGP announces that it has leased 7,000 sqm for storage space and 1,500 sqm for cross-dock, in VGP Park Brașov, to DB Schenker, a leading global logistics and transport provider.
VGP Park Brașov covers an area of 315,000 sqm and will include over 140,000 sqm of logistic and industrial spaces. Three buildings, with a total area of 55,000 sqm, have already been delivered, and one building, with an area of 20,000 sqm, is under construction and will be delivered this year.
