The Fuenlabrada City Council has given the green light to the creation by VGP of a large logistics space that will be located between the Loranca neighborhood and the neighboring city of Móstoles. Just as importantly, the site lies next to the M-506, M-50 and R-5 roads, which connect to the A-5 leading to both Madrid and Lisbon.
VGP will begin work on the industrial zone in the fall. The project is expected to have an area of more than 44,000 sqm and through an investment of €15m should create around 180 jobs. VGP develops industrial parks around Europe. It began as a construction company, but its strategic is now the development of large multi-tenant business parks.
