VIB Vermögen is expanding its real estate portfolio with three new properties from the logistics, light, and industry sectors. The two in-house developments are currently in the implementation phase and the third property relates to the purchase of a real estate asset that is already rented on a long-term basis. The properties are located near Kösching, Germany. The total investment volume is €30.6m. The completion of the first building is expected in the spring of 2017 and will have a rentable space of about 21,000 sqm. The investment volume amounts to €15.4m. The second property will have a rentable space of about 7,000 sqm and its investment volume amounts to approximately €8.6 m. VIB has also acquired another logistics property in the direct vicinity of the Innovationspark Wackersdorf with a letable area of 9,880 sqm. Its investment volume is about €6.6m.
