Victor Constantinescu is joining the Kinstellar law firm’s Bucharest office as partner of the real estate practice. The announcement comes just a few days after news emerged that Constantinescu left Biriş Goran, where he was a founding partner and head of its highly regarded real estate practice. In his new position at Kinstellar, Constantinescu will coordinate the firm’s real estate teams in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine, alongside Kinstellar real estate head, Klára Štěpánková. Constantinescu was with Biris Goran for 11 years.
