Victor Constantinescu – Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate Practice Group – Biris Goran
Victor Constaninescu is the Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate Practice Group at Biris Goran and will speak this year on the Investment Panel, at CEDER Conference.
A Managing Partner of Biriş Goran, Victor is the firm’s Co-Managing Partner and heads the firm’s highly touted real estate practice. A native English speaker born in Canada of Romanian immigrant parents, Victor focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions in Romania and other countries in the region.
Under his watch, Biriş Goran’s real estate practice has won numerous awards from various publications and Biriş Goran receives routine ranking among the top law firms in Romania when it comes to real estate on an annual basis. Victor himself was ranked by Chambers Europe 2013 in the “Band 1” category, thereby placing him as one of the top 3 real estate lawyers in the country.
He manages key real estate clients of the firm, particularly institutional and high-net-worth funds such as Aberdeen, Benevo group, Europa Capital, Inter IKEA, among others. He is particularly skilled in organizing transactions so that deadlines are met, “institutional” and English-language standards are maintained, and resources are allocated efficiently to meet required budgets. His experience extends to development, asset, and property management matters as well as acquisitions and exits.
