Premier Victor Ponta wants the constitutional and administrative-territorial reform of Romania to be approved next year, as the ‘first significant reform after 1968’.
In his opinion, 2013 must be a year of the constitutional reform for the regions to be acknowledged by the fundamental law, but maintaining the current counties.
