A new addition to the Vienna Point business complex in the south of Brno will be completed in June of this year. The developer behind the project, called Vienna Point, is working on a 17-storey 8,000 sqm office building, half of which has been leased. Another building in the five-building complex is to be completed by the end of the year, and should house companies working in design and printing technology innovations. The entire complex is to be completed by 2014.
