Tenants include Starbucks, Rossmann, PZU Zdrowie, Regus, Fundamental Group, Imapp, Amgen Polska and Circle K Business Centre Poland. Located at the junction of Puławska street and Niepodległości and Wilanowska avenues, Villa Metro meets LEED Gold standards. The investor is Reform Company 3, while DA Dziuba Architekci designed the scheme. The general contractor was Fundamental Group. ARUP provides technical supervision on behalf of the investor. CBRE is the exclusive leasing agent.
