The property is located at 8040 Villa Park Drive in the Staples Mill/Parham submarket of Henrico County, Virginia. The 74,862 square foot single story office building is 100 percent leased to four tenants and traded for $109 per sqf. The sale was completed by Eric Robison, and Mark E. Douglas of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, who represented the seller.
