Villa Rucăreanu in Bușteni was put up for sale for EUR 185,000. The building was built in 1920 according to the plans of some Italian architects and impresses with a series of spectacular architectural elements, according to the description of Sotheby’s International Romania. Today, it looks like a small ruined castle, but it can be brought back to life by future owners and turned into a holiday home or even a boarding house.
The villa offers easy access to both the Kalinderu Slope and the Gura Diham Chalet, as well as a view of the Caraiman Cross.
