Grupo Villar Mir, the main shareholder of OHL, is selling Torre Espacio in Madrid to the Philippine company Emperador for €558m. Located in the city’s Cuatro Torres Business Area, the building offers 60,000 sqm of office space on 57 floors. Villar Mir and its subsidiaries occupy 55.1 percent of the space. Other tenants include Red Bull, British American Tobacco and the embassies of Canada, the Netherlands, the UK and Australia. Emperador is part of the Alliance Global business conglomerate.
