The Vilnius office market reported the highest rents in the Baltic region during the first quarter of 2016, according to Colliers. The Lithuanian capital also reported the lowest vacancy rates. Average rents for class A office space in Tallinn ranged between €12.590 and €16.20 per sqm for the three-month period. Rents on the Riga office market fell between €13 and €16 per sqm. In Vilnius, rents ranged from €14 to €17.5 per sqm, according to Colliers. The vacancy rate in Tallinn was 3 to 4 percent, while 7 to 8 percent of class A offices were available in Riga. Vilnius vacancy rate was less than 1 percent.
