The developer Vinohradis Villas plans to build another residential project in Bratislava’s Koliba district. The new complex is to go up next to the second phase of Belaria on Tupého street. It’s to consist of two sections: a strip of three story apartment buildings, which copies the slope of a hill and a villahouse on top of the site. The project, designed by Bogár Urban Králik architects, will offer 59 apartments with prices ranging between €2,160 and €2,640 per sqm. The developer hopes to be able to start construction this autumn, with completion scheduled for 2018.
