Viorel Opaiţ was named business development director at JLL. He will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with key players on the Romanian real estate market, focusing mainly on the office and industrial segments.
Opaiţ has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, successfully completing more than 100 transactions, totaling more than 500,000 sqm of space. He was involved in a number of key deals on the Romanian market, including the sale of A1 Business Park. He also brokered office deals for Vodafone, ING Bank and Microsoft.
