Carcass of underground floors of Vision Park Karlin was completed. The underground floors comprise of two floors with technical facilities, parking space and first floor of multifunctional cultural and congress centre Forum Karlin. The construction of Vision Park Karlin enters a new stage – the first above ground floor out of eight is being built now. Completion of the whole building is planned for the first quarter of 2014. Building, whose author is famous Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, offers six floors of modern office space of the highest quality situated in third to eighth floor, many of them with terraces with beautiful views of Karlin and Prague city centre.
