An entity controlled by Whelan Associates has acquired a medical building in Dedham, Ma. for $6.45 million. Located at 910 Washington Street, the 22,388 square foot medical office building traded for just over $288 per square foot. The two story office was built 2012. The team of Garry Holmes and Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the seller, Vision Realty Dedham.
