IT company Visma has signed a lease at the Hattrick Office Building in Sibiu. Going up on a 2,000 sqm plot of land on Alba Iulia road between a Penny Market store and Select Hotel, the Hattrick Office Building is the first project in Sibiu to secure a BREEAM certificate. The Hattrick Office Building will have underground parking, five floors of office and a sixth-floor retreat.
