Vista Real is expecting to secure a use permit for Panorama Centrum Pezinok, a seven-story mixed-use project, within the next few days, writes Trend Reality. The project was completed last fall. Panorama Centrum includes 29 apartments, 1,750 sqm of office and 12 retail units, totaling 875 sqm, on the ground floor. Prices for the flats, from one- to three-rooms, range between €1,600 and 1,800/sqm. Eight flats have already been sold. Five retail units are still available.
