TLG Immobilien has seen the occupancy rate at 1alex, its office building on Alexanderstraße in Berlin to 88.2 percent following the completion of a lease deal with Visual Meta. The company is a subsidiary of Axel Springer which deals with operating online shopping portals. The new tenant will occupy 8,100 sqm of office space and will move to its new office in May 2016. The 43,500 sqm building is TLG Immobilien’s largest.
